Delivery FAQ's

When will my order be sent?

We process & ship orders on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s.

We do our best to send all orders within 48hrs.

Processing times may increase during sales, periods of high order volumes or if an item is on back-order. At these times, we kindly ask for your patience. 

If an item goes out of stock we will contact you asap. 

How is it sent?

All orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking details the day your order is despatched.

How long does it take?

UK –
• RM24: Allow 1-3 days
• RM48: Allow 3-5 days

EU –
• Allow 5-10* days

International –
• Allow 5-14* days

*In line with Royal Mail guidelines, EU and International orders may take up to 21 working days.

What does it cost?

UK –
• RM48: £3.50
• RM24: £4.20

Europe & International – 
Delivery is calculated based on the weight of your order. It’s usually between £5 – £20 for most orders (up to 2kg).

You can add products to your cart to see the cost in the shopping cart or at checkout.

You will not be charged VAT on your purchase, but you may be charged local taxes by customs upon delivery.

UK orders £50+
EU orders £65+
International orders £150+ (up to 2kg/£50)*.

All items are sent tracked. You will receive an email with your tracking link.

Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes, customs and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable.

International Orders: Heavy package surcharge

International orders above 2kg must be sent with DHL. This will incur a shipping surcharge. We will contact you with a shipping quote if this applies to you order. If you qualify for free delivery, we will cover your delivery costs up to £50.

EU Orders: Can my order be sent from within the EU to avoid customs charges?
