How is my order sent?

UK Delivery is with Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked Service. Allow 1-2 days.

EU and international orders are sent with Royal Mail’s International Tracked service. Usually 3-14 working days.

For international orders, please note there is a weight limit of 2kg for international orders.

What does it cost?

For our UK customers we have a flat shipping rate of £4.20 for 24hr tracked and £3.50 for 48hr tracked.

Europe & International delivery is calculated based on the weight of your order. It’s usually between £5 – £20 for most orders (less than 2kg).

You can add products to your cart to see the cost in the shopping cart or at checkout. You will not be charged VAT on your purchase, but you may be charged local taxes by customs upon delivery.

International customers, please note: If your order is over 2kg we have to use an alternative courier. The cost for sending orders over 2kg will be quoted prior to delivery.

Do you offer Free Delivery?

Yes! We offer Free UK Delivery on orders £35+, EU orders £50+ and International orders £150+ (up to 2kg/£50). All items are sent tracked. You will receive an email with your tracking link. 

When will my order be sent?

Orders are despatched Tuesday’s and Friday’s. Order by 1pm Tuesday for Next Day Delivery.
