TERMS & CONDITIONS OF 30 DAY GUARANTEE

1. To guarantee that we receive the returned item and can provide the full refund please use a tracked service.
2. Guarantee may be redeemed for 2 products per order. You cannot return more than 2 products per 1 order.
3. If you purchased your product from another retailer, please return it to them directly.
4. Excludes Trial sizes, Gift Sets and Mini Foundations. These items are covered by our standard Returns Policy, please email us for further details.
5. To claim your 30 Day Guarantee email hello@love-ethicalbeauty.co.uk with the message title ’30 Day Guarantee’. In the message please include your order number, and tell us which item(s) you wish to exchange / return. If you want to exchange an item please tell us the replacement item and delivery address.
